✦ We accept bank transfers, ShopeePay/TNG EWallet/Online Banking for local MY clients. For Internation client, available modes of payments are VGen only.

✦ Full Refund to cancelation of work if I hasn't start with a rough sketch.
✦ If we have already started the work, there will be no cancelation or refund in any case.
✦ Updates will be sent to the client during three stages: rough sketches, flat colors, and rendering.
✦ All completed works will be used as commission examples for future projects. If you do not want them to be used as examples, please inform us yourself during the booking process. There will be payment fee for private order.
✦ Finish canvas will be uploaded files via Google Drive. Please download within the specified time.
✦All listed rates are strictly for personal use only. For commercial rates and fees, don't hesitate to get in touch with me via socials provided. Proper credit must be given if the artwork is posted, including links to my account or work.
✦ Since we, byQtween, handle every step of the process ourselves, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, illness, emergencies, technical issues (e.g., equipment failure, power outages, internet disruptions), sudden loss of a close family member, or any other events beyond our control that prevent us from completing the work on schedule, we reserve the right to postpone the delivery date as appropriate and will notify customers as soon as possible.
✦ We reserve the right to extend the project deadline as appropriate and will notify the customer as soon as possible.
✦ In such cases, there will be no additional compensation as it is an uncontrollable force majeure. However, we will strive to complete the work as soon as possible.
✦ If the aforementioned incident truly prevents us from continuing the work, and the client wishes to have the work completed according to the original timeline by another artist, we will consider refunding a portion based on the progress of the work, along with the latest work files, to ensure fairness for both parties.
