✦ If you place an order through VGen, all communication and transactions will be handled through the platform.
✦ Commission details, pricing, and scope of work must be discussed and mutually agreed upon before payment is requested.
✦ Full payment is required before work begins.
✦ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request for any reason.
✦ Any sketches, previews, work-in-progress (WIP) images, or unfinished artwork shared during the commission process are provided solely for review purposes.
✦ Clients may not upload, trace, edit, redistribute, reproduce, submit, or use any part of my artwork, sketches, or WIPs for AI training, image generation, image-to-image tools, editing systems, datasets, or similar technologies without my explicit permission.
✦ If I discover that a client has used my artwork, sketches, or WIPs in any AI-related system without permission, the commission will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued.
✦ Major revisions (maximum of 3) are accepted during the sketch and flat color stages only.
✦ Major revisions include significant changes such as pose adjustments, composition changes, outfit redesigns, or major visual alterations.
✦ Minor revisions (maximum of 2) are accepted during the rendering and final stages.
✦ Additional revisions beyond the stated limit may incur an additional fee.
✦ The estimated completion time for each commission is between 1 and 3 months, depending on complexity, detail level, and workload.
✦ An estimated completion date will be communicated before work begins.
✦ If you require the artwork by a specific deadline, please inform me before commissioning.
✦ Rush commissions may be declined or subject to additional fees.
✦ If no deadline is specified by the client, the default completion period is up to 3 months from the start date. Commissions may be completed earlier depending on my schedule.
✦ Progress updates may be provided during the sketch, flat color, and rendering stages.
✦ Completed artwork will be delivered through Google Drive or another agreed delivery method.
✦ Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their files after delivery.
✦ Payment will only be requested when I am ready to begin working on your commission.
✦ Once payment has been received, the commission will be added to my active work queue.
✦ Watermarked previews may be provided throughout the commission process.
✦ Accepted payment methods for Malaysian clients include bank transfer, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking.
✦ International clients must commission through VGen unless otherwise stated.

✦ Clients may request a cancellation before work has started and receive a full refund.
✦ Once work has begun, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.
✦ No refunds will be issued for completed commissions.
✦ If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the commission may be cancelled, placed on hold, or considered abandoned at my discretion.
✦ No refunds will be issued in cases involving unauthorized AI usage or violations of these Terms of Service.
✦ All listed prices on commission sheets are for personal use only. Please check Prices tab above for Commercial prices.
✦ Commercial use, merchandise, promotional materials, streaming assets, business usage, or other profit-generating purposes require a separate commercial license and fee.
✦ Proper credit must be provided whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
✦ I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, commission samples, social media, or promotional materials.
✦ If you wish to keep your commission private, please inform me during the booking process. Additional fees may apply.
✦ As all work is completed personally by me, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, emergencies, family emergencies, equipment failure, power outages, internet disruptions, or other events beyond my control may affect production schedules.
✦ In such situations, I reserve the right to extend the completion date when necessary and will notify clients as soon as possible.
✦ Delays caused by force majeure circumstances will not entitle the client to additional compensation.
✦ If such circumstances permanently prevent me from completing the commission, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
✦ I generally respond to messages within 24 hours and, at most, within 3 business days. Delays beyond this period may indicate unforeseen circumstances.
