The client will receive a copy of the illustration via a Google Drive link, provided in both .JPG and .PNG formats.The client will receive a canvas that range from Square 3000px x 3000px (800dpi) or Portrait / Landscape 3307px x 4661px (800dpi) or your choice of canvas size.I retain full rights to any commissioned output, including posting on various social media platforms and inclusion in my portfolio. The client must inform me if they wish to keep the artwork private.I reserve the right to refuse any commission.You are expected to confirm within one week if you reach out for a commission. The request will be dropped after two weeks of unresponsiveness.I will start working after the payment is made.Major revisions (a maximum of 3) are accepted only during the sketch and flat color stages. Minor revisions (a maximum of 2) are accepted during the rendering and final stages. Any additional revisions will incur a fee.

I will accept Fan Art or Original Character references.I will accept references featuring pets or humans with animal ears, tails, or fantasy features.I will NOT accept explicit photos of the client for reference.I will NOT accept Mecha.I will NOT accept Furry.I will NOT accept NFTs.I will NOT accept graphic violence, hate speech, racism, or any references involving toxicity.

To protect both the artist and the client, commissions must be paid on Vgen (International & Local) or DM me to use DuitNow or TouchnGo EWallet (Local)Available modes of payment are:1. Vgen for international clients;
2. ShopeePay/TNG EWallet/Online Banking for local MY clients.No refunds will be given unless three months have passed since commissioning and no rough sketch has been submitted for approval.In such cases, a full refund will be provided. This happen if you ended up in a waitlist.

Updates will be sent to the client during three stages: rough sketches, flat colors, and rendering.The final illustration will be completed in approximately 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on my client queue.Please provide a deadline if necessary.Commissions may be delayed due to the artist’s prior commitments to her life.All listed rates are strictly for personal use only. For commercial rates and fees, don't hesitate to get in touch with me via socials proided. Proper credit must be given if the artwork is posted, including links to my account or work.Clients may post the commissioned artwork with appropriate credit to the artist.Commissions will include a visible watermark in the corner. This watermark cannot be removed unless a fee is paid.Do not use the artwork for NFTs or Generative AI. The use of my work for NFTs and AI training is strictly prohibited.Do not use the artwork for resale purposes or physical merchandise. Contact me for this.As the creator of the artwork, I retain all rights to the work produced, including distribution and use as a sample.
